Meet the Artists!


Jenna Stewart: Mercedes in Carmen | Ensemble in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and My Fair Lady.

Jenna Stewart is a mezzo-soprano pursuing her Master of Music at Binghamton University studying vocal performance with Mary Burgess. Jenna is from Fort Mill, South Carolina and earned her Bachelor of Music from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Most recently, she has been seen as the Sorceress in Binghamton University’s DIDO AND AENEAS, as well as the title role in BU’s production of PINOCCHIO. She was also featured in the Tri Cities Opera productions of SUOR ANGELICA as a Lay Sister, as well as in the chorus for MADAMA BUTTERFLY and HMS PINAFORE. Her other credits include Leila in Gilbert & Sullivan’s IOLANTHE with the Indiana G&S Society and premiering the role of Bridget in MARILYN’S ROOM with Bloomington New Voices Opera.


Carmen Beam: Frasquita in Carmen | Ensemble in My Fair Lady.

Carmen Beam is overjoyed to be making her debut with Glow. Her recent credits include Gamekeeper’s Wife and the Woodpecker in Janáček’s THE CUNNING LITTLE VIXEN with Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. She also recently premiered the role of the Philanthropist in …for the sake of a narrative closure, a world premier written by a graduate composition student of Roosevelt University. Her favorite role she has performed is First Lady in Mozart’s THE MAGIC FLUTE. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance from Furman University in 2016 and her Master of Music from Chicago College of Performing Arts in 2018. She wants to thank her family for always supporting her artistic endeavors and God for blessing her with the gift of music.


Jarius Cliett: Zuniga in Carmen | Freddy in My Fair Lady.

Jarius Cliett is excited to be making his Glow Lyric Theatre debut. His previous roles include Mac in the First National Tour of NOEL: THE MUSICAL, Ton Ton Julian in ONCE ON THIS ISLAND with Theatre Covington, and the roles of Leporello in DON GIOVANNI and The Mikado in THE MIKADO with Georgia State University Opera Theater. Mr. Cliett also has the following film credits: Short Film: Denin (45 Days) Film/TV: Featured Extra (What Men Want). Jarius received a B.M. in Vocal Performance from The University of Alabama and a M.M. in Voice Performance from Georgia State University. He is a brother of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.  For without God, family, and love I would not be here today.



Erin Bradley: Ensemble in Carmen.

Mezzo-soprano Erin Bradley is a recent graduate of Converse College, where she received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal performance studying under Dr. Valerie MacPhail, as well as a minor in Arts Management. She was most recently seen as Bradamante in ALCINA and as a member of Converse Opera Theatre’s devised project, HOJOTOHO: THE CRY OF THE VALKYRIE.  She has participated in the Bassi Brugnatelli Symposium for Singers in Robbiate, Italy, and the Hub City Vocal Institute in Spartanburg, SC. Erin is a voice teacher through the Lawson Academy in Spartanburg, and is also a member of Glow’s administrative team! When she is not singing alongside Glow’s remarkable performers, you can find her managing the front of the house, working on box office and program development, or generally spreading mirth and mischief.
