Covid-19 Policy overview

Glow remains fully committed to the safety of its artists, staff and patrons and will continue to follow recommendations from the CDC and local health officials throughout the 2021 Season. We will adjust operations as needed as we continue to closely monitor the percent positive rates and vaccination roll out. While subject to change, current plans include:

Limited ticketing to allow for social distancing

Implementation of masks for audiences and front of house staff

Hand Sanitizer Stations throughout the venue

Theater sprayed with Electrostatic Ionizer before and after performances

Our Summer Festival artists will be fully vaccinated at the start of rehearsals, and undergo their own thorough “behind the scenes” safety protocols.

Our Covid Safety Plan will be published soon, and ticket holders will be notified.


Seating is limited to 50% capacity at the Kroc Center. Seating is divided into pods of two and four seats, with 3 feet of space between each pod to accommodate social distancing. When selecting your seats, please make sure you select the pod that is appropriate to the amount of tickets you are purchasing.  For instance, if you are purchasing two tickets, you need to choose a pod of two tickets instead of choosing two tickets within a pod of four seats. This is the only way to guarantee you are socially distanced from other households.

Tickets & Program

Our tickets and program are entirely digital this year to cut down on touch contact.  You will receive your tickets and the program through email after purchase. Additionally, the program may be accessed through scanning a QR code in the lobby of the theatre.

Intermission & Concessions

There will be no intermission for any shows this year.

Concessions will not be sold in an effort to keep everyone safe.


Do performances change or get cancelled?

While we do not anticipate any changes or cancellations, due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, all programs are subject to change without notice. If an event presented by Glow has been cancelled or postponed, we will do everything within our power to make sure you know. This includes–if time permits–via mailings to your home, email, and an announcement on our website. We will also offer refunds or the ability to donate your ticket to Glow if performances are cancelled.

How do I purchase a Festival Season Pass?

If you are a past Festival Season Pass Holder (Season Subscriber), you will receive a private link in your email or through the mail to use to purchase your Pass online on June 14th. You can also call the Box Office at 864-558-4569 to purchase.

When purchasing a Festival Pass online, you will be sent a confirmation email as well as be redirected to a webpage that has specific instructions for picking your preferred performance dates and seats for all three shows. You will be given a subscription code that must be entered each time you choose a date/seats.

When purchasing a Festival Pass over the phone, our Box Office Manager will ask you what your preferred dates and seats are and reserve them for you.  You will receive confirmation emails and your tickets through email as well.

How do I receive my tickets?

Tickets are now entirely digital. You will receive them via email confirmation after purchase. You can either pull them up on a smartphone to be scanned at the theatre or print them at home and bring them to be scanned. There will be no Will Call option. Those purchasing walk up tickets at the door (not recommended) will receive their tickets in a confirmation email.

What are your prices?

Festival Season Pass (tickets to all three shows): $105

Rock Opera: $48/premium, $43/main, $38/gallery

Passione: $38/premium, $33/main, $28/gallery

The Jenna & Christian Show: $38/premium, $33/main, $28/gallery

How do I select my seats?

All seats are reserved. You will be able to select your seats with our new seating chart!  Simply purchase your tickets and our system will prompt you to choose your preferred seats. We have three tiers of seats available with different price points for each (from $28-$48, depending on the show).

What if I want to purchase walk up tickets on the evening of a performance?

With extremely limited seating this summer in order to accommodate social distancing, we do not recommend waiting to purchase your tickets as a walk up. However, if tickets are available  on the night of the event, you will be able to purchase them at our Box Office.  Once you receive your confirmation email with your digital tickets you can enter the theatre.

What types of payment can I use if I purchase tickets at the door or if I want merchandise?

This summer, we prefer credit card (MC & Visa) or exact change only, to cut down on touch contact.

Do you allow group sales?

Groups of 10 or more receive a group discount. For more information, e-mail boxoffice@glowlyric.org.

Can I get a Refund?

All tickets purchased to Glow Lyric Theatre events are final.

There are no cancellations or refunds.

Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase, and no unpaid seats will be held.


Can I exchange my ticket date or seat?

Ticket exchanges are complimentary for Season Subscribers who hold a Festival Season Pass. Exchanges must be requested at least 48 hours before the date of the performance, and requests are granted based solely on availability. You can call the Box Office at 864-558-4569 or email boxoffice@glowlyric.com to request an exchange. Non-subscribers are not able to make exchanges.

Is there accessible seating?

Yes! The Kroc Center is fully accessible by Wheelchair and other mobility assistance devices. We offer several accessible seating options in the theater. Because our seats are movable, those needing accessible seats may choose any seat on our seating chart, but it is recommended that you choose a seat on an aisle.

What about parking?

The Kroc Center has their own private lot, so parking is ample and free. You may park in any spaces surrounding the building. Audience members will enter through the main entrance.
